(ML) Multi-lip Spring Seal
For use as either rod or piston seal in slow dynamic and static sealing applications that require redundant sealing lips. The ML spring provides the highest progressive spring load and the smallest deflection range of all spring types, making it ideal for low pressure, vacuum and cryogenic sealing applications.
Casing head and tubing hanger FS seal
The FS-seal is a relatively large cross section spring energized elastomer casing and tubing hanger seal for wellheads that always has the springs on the internal surface.
FS-seals are used against rough surface finish and wider dimensional and geometrical tolerances of casing and tubing.
S-Seal is a technologically advanced replacement for traditional three-piece T-Seals or O-Rings with back-ups. It is a compact, single piece seal design featuring an extrusion resistant elastomer with two anti-extrusion springs molded into the outer edges.
The one-piece S-Seal eliminates installation problems that can occur when using multiple component seals. It can be stretched into place without splitting or compromising the
non-extrusion elements of the seal.
P seal for casing and tubing.
P seal is constructed from an elastomer with back up rings for anti-extrusion. Energized by the injection of sealant, it is a static seal that is used to seal rough casing and tubing.

- Solid Carbon Steel.
T-seals are three-piece seals with an elastomeric lip and hard plastic anti-extrusion rings, it is proved to be of long-term service. The standard design will fit into an O-ring gland and can be machined or molded.
BT Seal is a static seal that is used to seal rough casing and tubing. It is constructed from an elastomer with anti-extrusion spring (Stainless Steel).
Loaded U-cups were primarily designed for dynamic reciprocating applications. The O-rings loader makes this seal excellent for low-pressure rod and piston applications.
With loaded U-cups as the system pressure increases, so does the force on the loading lips. Sealing force automatically compensates for the higher pressure, maintaining a positive seal.
The range of materials available to the user of the loaded u-cup seal insures the proper combination for abrasion, extrusion, temperature resistance and fluid compatibility which produces high sealability and long life.
Back up ring prevent O-rings and or Seals from extruding where larger extrusion gaps exist and or high pressures and temperatures
Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD), also commonly referred to as Explosive Decompression (ED)
It occurs when a pressurized gas is released very quickly and can cause the rubber seals inside the piece of equipment to fail.
O-ring compounds have been specifically formulated to resist this type of failure and withstand rapid gas decompression.
